Subscription business model

Clearly identify who your potential readers and where to find them. You base your distribution strategy on 2 pillars:
- Commercial distribution such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, medical offices, libraries, etc..
- Subscriber acquisition. These are individuals or companies who would sell an annual subscription of your magazine which is mailed. This is very convenient because you can handle pre-paid annual costs and also a good number of subscribers is ideal to attract more and better sponsors.
- Strategic Issues
- Like all businesses, so that the print magazine business produces good profits, you must sell a high volume and it depends on the combination of a number of elements that combine to make a big difference:
- The name of your magazine
- The cover design
- The logo of your magazine
- Print quality
- The quality of content
- The font size
The magazine size (letter, 1 / 2 letter) - The added value
Each of these aspects require much creativity, enthusiasm and careful planning that only every entrepreneur with their own interests and vision can accomplish. Besides that some costs are specific to each country so making an initial budget is essential
