For those people that always wanted a Blackberry smart phone, the Blackberry Bold 9700 has n excellent battery life, and all the great features that a person would expect in a Blackberry.
Early Blackberry users also had to deal with a somewhat limited 2 megapixel camera. The Blackberry 9700 has a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus. Although this is less than some other phones, the pictures are decent. After all, who really needs a 12 mega pixel camera phone, unless you are a photographer stalking celebrities to sell their pictures to the tabloids.
People actually need to decide what they use a device like the Blackberry for most and buy a smart phone based on their own personal needs. For example, if you are the typical smart phone user, a dead battery is an often occurring event. The Blackberry Bold 9700 seems to last forever, causing far less frustration to users.
