The Board Placed 900 Million Debt. What Does This Mean?
The Andalusian just placed in the capital market of 900 million euros of debt. Oddly enough this is positive news. Indeed, the Board borrows more, we must overcome the 8,000 million of debt, and do it to-in principle-investment. I say in principle because the emissions of long-term debt such as this are usually to pay for investments, even if they have said (and do not know why).
This means that the capital market, funds, banks, insurance etc. nationally and internationally, relies on the ability of the Junta de Andalucía to return the money now being paid to it. And that is good in the current climate of mistrust and being as they are the state’s coffers. Revenues come from the Board which gives the state, than it collects in taxes and issuing debt. The less good news is that if you do not have to raise enough money to get the debt issues. But we all know that the revenue-for the economic crisis is down considerably. Fortunately, at least give us credit. Although pay a good price.
